Good raw materials are the basis of many fruit products like: delicious, unfiltered (naturally turbid) juice, naked fruit juice, highly viscose, sparkling fruit pulp and concentrates and fruit powder made from them.
Timely delivery to the customer in the form of bulk goods or in bag-in-drums.
We deliver the products for conventional goods, fruit juices, and fruit pulp derived from organic agriculture and also from controlled, contractually cultivated land.
All products can also be delivered in kosher form.
Italy is the chief producer of kiwis in Europe.
Kiwis have a bright green fruit flesh and a fresh, fruity aroma. Unfortunately, the color and aroma are not very stable during processing.
Pears are characterized by their typical flavor. Williams is the most-aromatic variety.
Good juice and also aromatic fruit pulp is obtained from the Guyot variety. A highly viscous fruit pulp is obtained from winter pears.
Apricots are highly aromatic and are characterized by a light and lively color. They are among the most desirable fruits for nectars, jams, and fruit preparations.
Numerous varieties of apples from Italy and France are the raw materials for apple products.
Aromatic, chiefly sediment-stable, naturally turbid not-from-concentrate juices and juice concentrates, light-colored, naked not-from-concentrate juices, and juice concentrates are the basis of many beverages.
Fruit juices, concentrated fruit juice, fruit pulp, and fruit powder
A naturally turbid, delicious juice is pressed from fresh, ripe, and carefully selected, washed fruits. Naked pressed juice can be produced by means of fining, i.e., the extraction of all solids (e.g., pectin, starch, and protein) from the naturally turbid fruit juice. Naturally turbid and naked juices can also be gently processed in multi-stage plants to yield concentrates.
The fresh, selected, washed fruits can also be processed in multi-stage passing plants to yield fruit pulp.
By choosing the proper passing screens, the resultant fruit pulp can be made slightly coarse, e.g., for fruit sauces – or very fine, e.g., for fruit nectars.
The fruit pulp can also be concentrated. Because of the high viscosity of the fruit pulp, the degree of concentration is not as high as is the case with juice concentrate.
By means of further water-extraction, fruit powder can be made from concentrated fruit pulp. Fruit powder is the basis for the following dry products: soups, sauces, beverages, and other instant fruit-based food products.
